The practice is currently offering face to face and telehealth appointments. It is a practice requirement that patients must have been seen face to face in the practice within the previous 6 months to be eligible for a telehealth appointment. Our friendly reception team can assist you if you are unsure if you eligible.

If you are experiencing any of the following, please advise reception staff prior to attending your appointment:

• Fever

• Runny nose

• Shortness of breath

• Sore throat

• Cough

• Nausea/vomiting and/or diarrhoea

• Headache

Facial masks are strongly recommended in healthcare settings, and are available at reception for you to wear whilst in the practice.

Please book a telehealth appointment with your doctor if you have tested positive to Covid 19 and wish to discuss eligibility for anti-viral medication or for advice.
